TPT Retirement Solutions, one of the leading workplace pension schemes in the UK, is delighted to have retained its Investors in People’s Gold Status, in recognition of its ongoing commitment to improving performance through its people.
Investors in People (IIP) is an internationally recognised standard that is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework, which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.
TPT was assessed across 196 key standards by an independent Assessor and was re-awarded Gold Status, which is only achieved by the top 7% of companies. The IIP Assessor remarked on TPT’s commitment, passion and how it visibly demonstrates its values. Praise was given in respect of the clarity of its strategic direction and employee understanding of how they personally can add value.

Mike Ramsey, Chief Executive at TPT Retirement Solutions, said: “We have ambitious plans to grow our business over the next few years. Our people are integral to achieving this. I am incredibly proud of them and really pleased that we have been independently benchmarked and recognised again with this Gold Status award.”
