TPT Retirement Solutions (TPT)
, one of the leading workplace pension schemes in the UK, has appointed Simon Hart as Trustee Services Delivery Manager.
Simon will be responsible for acting on behalf of the Trustee in consultation with employers on matters relating to scheme funding and scheme changes. He will also manage the delivery of Trustee decisions and policies with employers.
Prior to joining TPT, Simon spent his 30-year career working for Mercer. He originally joined Noble Lowndes as a Pensions Administrator in 1987 where he worked his way up to the position of Team Manager. He then joined the consulting team within Sedgwick Noble Lowndes (SNL) in 1997 and following the subsequent merger with Mercer worked as a consultant and relationship manager in Mercer’s retirement consulting business.
Simon has worked with a broad portfolio of trustee and corporate clients offering a range of occupational defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes, as well as contract-based arrangements. He has a wealth of experience in providing strategic, operational and governance advice to schemes, as well as providing secretarial services to trustee boards. Simon will report into Karen Parry, Head of Trustee Services at TPT, and will be based in the Leeds office.
