Growth Plan Employer Consultative Group
The Growth Plan Employer Consultative Group (GPECG) was established in April 2008 to involve Growth Plan employers in the operation and future of the Growth Plan.
The GPECG has three main functions: Scheme Funding, Investment Strategy and Benefit Structure.

Meetings of the GPECG are typically held six-monthly or annually in London, depending upon the volume of subject matter arising for consultation.
