Independent Schools’ Pension Scheme (ISPS)

An occupational pension scheme for people working in Independent Schools

More than 80 schools have chosen us to provide their pension for more than 5,000 employees. With competitive costs, high levels of service and professionalism we are dedicated to providing high quality workplace pensions for the support staff of Independent Schools. The scheme was established in 1996 in conjunction with the Independent Schools’ Bursars Association, which supports and advises the bursars and senior management staff of over 1,000 independent schools.
