TPT takes steps to ensure that its data is secure at all times, therefore we have a policy to make sure that unauthorised users cannot access sensitive data.
When you contact us we need to check that you are on our list of approved contacts before we release information on your organisation’s arrangements or members in the scheme. If you don’t have authorisation then we will not be able to provide any information that is restricted or sensitive in nature.
By having your employer reference number to hand it will help us find your records more easily.
If you are making an enquiry with TPT about publicly available information then we will be able to help you with this without prior authorisation from an employer.
