The Trustee Board's focus is on governance and strategic oversight as well as overseeing the Management Board. The Trustee is ultimately responsible for all aspects of running an occupational pension scheme such as administration, investment and governance, giving comfort to employers and members that the Scheme is being well managed.

The Senior Management Team are responsible for facilitating the day-to-day activities that run TPT Retirement Solutions. Members are comprised from various areas of the business including Pensions Administration, Corporate Services and Trustee Services.
