Drawing on her legal background, she has designed and delivered business and people change transformation programmes in UK, European and offshore operations.
Helen's broad experience, legal knowledge and commercial acumen has enabled her to lead and manage the delivery of organisational change, complex people matters, customer-centric services and improved operating processes.
As Corporate Services Director, her knowledge of the business, the market and our customers is key to providing leadership for the Corporate Governance team.
