As a Business Analyst within our IT Change and Delivery team, you will provide business systems analysis throughout the software development lifecycle for bespoke and packaged systems. The role will involve assisting with the delivery of IT development, facilitating and driving forward the IT business change process and the effective delivery of solutions.
The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle, knowledge of structured analysis and delivery methods such as UML, RAD, AGILE, DSDM. Experience of change and issue management processes is essential alongside an attention to detail, good analytical skills and a logical mind-set, with the confidence to identify and challenge existing processes.
The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience (35 hours/week). We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes: contributory pension, life assurance, 24 days of annual leave + bank holidays.
We are located in modern city centre offices which are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
