An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The role will support our growth ambitions, reporting directly to the Direct Sales Director and will focus on growing our business by generating and developing a portfolio of leads / contacts within specific sectors to agreed targets.
The successful candidate will have previously operated in a client-facing, sales-orientated role within the pension’s field, ideally selling a complex solution and have the ability to demonstrate effective networking with different stakeholders of DB pension schemes.
Key attributes required include: a broad understanding of TPT’s competitors and their service offerings, entrepreneurial and disciplined with a strong client focus; whilst being able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven success in delivery of high quality presentations to a broad range of clients.
