Supporting the in house Defined Contribution team, you will collate and report on key management information in relation to the operation of the master trust. You will own escalations and complaints and also be responsible for collating reports for internal stakeholders as well as carrying out project related tasks.
Previous defined contribution pension’s administration experience is a must and within a master trust environment being ideal. If you are studying towards or have completed DPA/CPA this would be desirable. DC experience is desirable.
As you will be regularly liaising with internal and external teams, you’ll need to demonstrate good communication ability and possess strong stakeholder management skills. You are able and willing to follow working procedures, can effectively use your own initiative and demonstrate a high level of accuracy. You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience (35 hours/week). We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes: contributory pension, life assurance, 24 days of annual leave + bank holidays.
We are located in modern city centre offices which are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
