Working as part of the Business Development team you will play an important role in helping TPT meet its growth plans.

You will be working with the National Development Manager in meeting with advisers and employers to explain how our DB Master Trust works and to answer any queries which they may have.

The role will involve presenting to Boards of Directors of sponsoring employers, and Trustee Boards, attending conferences and networking events to promote TPT.

Previous DB experience (in administration, actuarial or consultancy) is essential and completion of or progress towards PMI is desirable. No sales experience is required however, you must have excellent communication, client relationship and interpersonal skills.

As the role is field based, you must be self-motivated and well organised.  You will be expected to travel nationwide for meetings as required.

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience (35 hours/week). We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes: contributory pension, life assurance, car allowance, 24 days of annual leave + bank holidays.
