Working within the newly formed Implementation team, the Implementation Analyst will focus on delivery of high profile projects for existing clients and the integration of new business into the TPT operating model. The successful candidate will play an essential role from initiation through to completion and will typically act as a lead contact with a broad range of internal stakeholders during the implementation delivery phase. Critical to the success of the role is the ability to build and analyse pension calculations, creating test cases and models which support system configuration. The role consequently demands excellent attention to detail with the successful candidate able to problem solve in dynamic working environments.
Previous experience and a deep understanding of pensions administration is a must.
As the role will be regularly liaising with people, you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to understand and explain complex issues, co-ordinating and providing guidance collaboratively across multiple work streams.
The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience (35 hours/week). We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes: contributory pension, life assurance, 24 days of annual leave + bank holidays.
We are located in modern city centre offices which are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
