Working as part of our Business Development Team, you will support the implementation of new business within TPT. You will liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure that this process runs smoothly and efficiently. 

You must be able to follow working procedures, effectively use your own initiative and demonstrate a high level of accuracy.  The role will also involve providing support to colleagues within the Business Development Team, in areas such as price quotations and new business initiatives. 

You’ll need to demonstrate good communication ability – both written and verbal – and possess strong customer service skills.  The role will provide opportunities to attend and participate in meetings with new employers.  

Previous relevant experience of the implementation of new arrangements is essential, with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of DB and DC arrangements. 

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience (35 hours/week). We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes: contributory pension, life assurance, flexi time, 24 days of annual leave + bank holidays.
