We are currently looking for an experienced Service & Support Analyst to join our busy IT Service Operations team. 

The main purpose of the role is to support and maintain the IT service of TPT Retirement Solutions, ensuring it remains available, secure and error free. You will also be responsible for the Administration and reporting on licensing, IT assets, and service management processes. 

You will help to resolve technical problems and answer queries raised via the Service Desk in respect of hardware, software, network, telecommunications systems and TPT business applications and underlying databases. 

We are looking for someone who has experience of working within a process driven Service Desk environment using a ticket management system and someone with experience providing IT support to Windows desktop users. 

You will need a good working knowledge of a broad range of infrastructure architecture technologies and principles, for example, LAN, WAN, SAN storage, server design and implementation, capacity planning, disaster recovery and data centres. 

Experience of working within Microsoft Server environment, including administration of Active Directory and Group Policy and MS Exchange environment is required for the role.
