You will be responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the 3 member event administration teams. You will ensure the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction are delivered.
It is a demanding and varied role and will also include being involved in managing and contributing to projects both inside and outside of the department providing variety and the room to stretch and develop yourself.
You will need to have proven leadership experience and act as a technical source of knowledge across DB schemes. In addition you will manage, identify and implement improvements in the efficiency and productivity of the teams and department.
In your role you will form part of the Pensions Administration leadership team helping to ensure all the objectives and aims of the department are met.
You will report directly to the Head of Pension Administration
The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience (35 hours/week). We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes: contributory pension, life assurance, 26 days of annual leave + bank holidays.
We are located in modern city centre offices which are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
