This is an interesting and varied new role that will lead on the design and delivery of training for our Pensions Administration Department. It’s an opportunity to be creative and make a difference to the development of others by implementing enhanced induction programmes and clearly defined career progression paths.

Bringing a blended approach to our current development programmes, the role will also work with our technical team to ensure that our Pensions Administration Department continue to keep pace with regulatory change.

Previous relevant experience of working in the pensions sector is a must, along with good communication ability and experience of training others in pensions related areas.

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience (35 hours/week). We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes: contributory pension, life assurance, 24 days of annual leave + bank holidays.

We are located in modern city centre offices which are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
