Leading our Employer Covenant team, you will have overall responsibility for TPT’s Trustee’s Covenant assessment activity. This includes assessing the support provided by the sponsors of the 50 pension schemes we run, as well as ensuring that our employer assessment and monitoring processes remain in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
Previous employer covenant assessment experience is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate you have presented Covenant reports and results to senior stakeholders and justifying your conclusions in the face of challenge. People management experience is also essential as you will need to set direction for the team, appraise performance and ensure work is delivered to schedule.
In this key role you will need to demonstrate good communication skills, technical report writing abilities and possess strong customer service skills. The ability to set and follow working procedures, effectively use your own initiative and demonstrate a high level of proactivity is also a key requirement to be successful in this role opportunity.
The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience. We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes: performance related bonus scheme, contributory pension, life assurance, 26 days of annual leave + bank holidays.
We are located in modern city centre offices, which are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
