Working as part of the Business Assurance function you will lead the design and delivery of Internal Audit activity, providing the Boards and their sub-committees with independent and objective assurance over the strength of TPT’s governance, risk management and control. Responsibilities will also include the provision of support to the risk management team to ensure effective alignment across TPT’s assurance working practices. 

Internal audit experience is a requirement for the role, including the completion of a relevant assurance or accountancy qualification.      

As you will be regularly liaising with senior stakeholders, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication techniques. You will also need to be able to work in an autonomous manner to ensure that assurance activity is delivered to an excellent standard and in a timely manner.   

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience (35 hours/week). We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes: contributory pension, life assurance, 24 days of annual leave + bank holidays. 

We are located in modern city centre offices which are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
