This includes accommodating liability management exercises that form part of a scheme’s strategic planning, such as enhanced transfer value exercises, pensions increase exchange exercises, buy-ins and buy-outs.

Once a decision has been made to transfer a scheme, we project manage the transfer and the implementation of the new arrangement. We work with your existing advisers and suppliers to ensure a smooth transfer takes place. This includes the efficient transfer of the Scheme’s assets into our arrangements. Your members are notified ahead of the transfer and have access to a dedicated Administration Team.
