Alan Redwood - Business Development Manager at TPTTPT Retirement Solutions (TPT), one of the UK’s leading providers of workplace pension schemes, has appointed Alan Redwood as Business Development Manager.

Alan will report to Head of Direct Distribution Adrian Cooper, who was appointed in a new role to lead TPT’s Direct Distribution activity earlier this year.

His role will focus on promoting TPT’s award-winning DB Complete solution to the Sponsors and Trustees of DB pension schemes and on furthering the organisation’s aim to be the UK’s leading DB pensions consolidator.

Alan is deeply experienced in workplace pensions and has worked previously as Head of Client and Consultant Services at HSBC Workplace Retirement Services and Corporate Services Director at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

Adrian Cooper, Head of Direct Distribution at TPT Retirement Solutions, said:

I am very pleased to welcome Alan to TPT. His proven track record of delivering against strategic aims is a real asset for TPT and we look forward to working together to establish the organisation as the leader in DB scheme consolidation.

We’ve seen the substantial benefits that consolidation can provide - in terms of cost-savings, stronger governance and better investment returns. Alan’s appointment underlines our ongoing commitment to delivering these benefits to schemes across the country.
