An occupational pension scheme for people working in Independent Schools. More than 75 schools have chosen us to provide their pension for more than 4,100 support employees.

The scheme was established in 1996 in conjunction with the Independent Schools Bursars Association, which supports and advises the bursars and senior management staff.

Employers – Thinking of Joining?

We welcome:

  • Independent Schools Council (ISC) affiliations.
  • Scottish Council of Independent Schools (SCIS) affiliations.
  • Academy schools with existing members of the Scheme.
  • Any other organisation closely associated with an eligible school.

In all cases, joining is subject to the approval of the Committee.

Investment Performance

The Pensions Committee monitors the scheme's investment performance on behalf of the employers and members.
