No shareholders

We are and have always been a not-for-profit organisation with no shareholders, operating purely for the benefit of our members. Already one of the UK's leading providers, we provide workplace pensions to all employers across all sectors.

Strong governance
We provide a full corporate trustee service. The Trustee is responsible for all aspects of running an occupational pension scheme such as administration, investment and governance, giving comfort to employers that the Scheme is being well managed.

Our Defined Contribution arrangements have received DC Master Trust authorisation from The Pensions Regulator and, in our commitment to complying with the Master Trust Assurance Framework, they are independently assessed every year against a rigorous set of controls set by ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants) and The Pensions Regulator.

Our Defined Contribution arrangements have also been awarded the Pensions Quality Mark ‘Ready’ status – this means that our schemes have been independently assessed as having good standards of governance, low charges and clear member communications.
