The role

As an Employer Support Assistant, you will provide assistance and support to employers using TPT’s pension arrangements.

You will be customer focused and support employees by answering their queries via email or telephone taking ownership of TPT’s values and business plans. A professional approach at all times and being able to manage their own workload with excellent attention to detail.

This role requires candidates to have a good level of Math’s and English ideally GCSE grade C/ 4 or above (or equivalent). They will also have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. 

The salary for this position is competitive (dependant on experience).  We also offer an excellent reward package including contributory pension, life assurance, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.  

In an excellent location in Leeds in modern city centre offices, we are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
